2018 subaru outback battery

Changed my battery in my 2018 Outback touring package. I reset all my power windows and the power hatch without any issues. Since putting in the new battery, the audio is maxed out LOUD on any number except 0. I’ve checked the fuses inside and out, I’ve done a factory reset on the audio/navigation and the volume won’t turn down.
