Uchigatana is a great weapon, stick with it and use the normal upgrade path and focus on Vitality, Endurance and Dexterity. I’ve beat up to o and s with it so I guess and normal upgrades. Uchi is one of the best weapons in the game, just get it to normal +15 with 40 Dex and it will be extremely good.
