Fisher plow no power to controller

Parked my plow with blade down. We NH t to move it to its Summer location and couldn't move the plow. 1. I changed the power cable from the + side to solinoid, replaced solinoid, cleaned any ground I could locate. 2.the red power light on the controller comes on, nothing happens. Now the strange part- with controller switch to the light remains on.

There are multiple options for colors inside the controller. Handheld and joystick are different. Best to test the plug the controller goes into. Pin 1 should be a red wire comeing from ignition, POS+. Pin 2 light green goes to S2 valve, should be cold -. Test power to the control box by checking voltage between black wire and ground at the white 9-pin connector. If NO voltage is present, power from fuse box has become disconnected. Plow will not raise or raises slowly (pump motor runs)., swapped the setup from 1 s10 blazer to another. marked every wire and wired to new truck exactly the same. now plow will not work. started troubleshooting flow chart from fisher online. did motor test works ok (worked on other truck). did relay (solinoid) test and that test ok. tried harness test in cab 6 pin connector jump #1 red wire to #4 ..., swapped plow from 05 to 07 chevy//ultra mount/iso box green sticker. new solenoid. swap seemed pretty easy,but getting no power to controller. power at red wire fuse box tap. 2 fuses have power near iso box in and out. black orange wire that ground system good. hot to batt side of solenoid good. i even grounded solenoid and that changed nothing., If any relays or solenoids are faulty, they should be replaced. 4.
