It has had a battery drain and yesterday I hooked up a test light (between - on battery and - battery wire) and started unplugging things and when I unplugged the meter the test light went out. Meter is trashed and busted when he bought it.

The wierd thing is i put a brand new carburetor on it and it still does the same thing.
