Noise at exactly 2K RPM, only when accelerating. No noise when idling, coasting, neutral at 2K RPM, etc..... Noise sounded like chirping, almost like a bad (loud power steering pump).. I just picked up my Pilot from the shop. The Mechanic showed me a Technical Service Bulletin regarding "whining" A/T for 03 Elements, 99 - 04 Odysseys, and 03-04 PILOTS. He said that it is a common problem and that the only way to "cure" the noise is by replacing the tranny.
