How to add bios to retroarch

I have all the cores already downloaded and I couldn't find any info on where to put PSX bios files on Steam version of RA. System folder. Steam > steamapps > common > Retroarch > System. I tried that already, did not help. I believe I have like every single PSX bios file placed in that folder. It does not work.
