1 Answer. Regarding my ice dispenser: the shute opens when lever depressed, but the motor doesn't turn on to flow the ice down. Removed the auger motor W11202789 and don't know how to test the 4 metal tabs. Hard to imagine it's a bad motor but certainly should be tested before ordering a new one--they're expensive.
