Is frontline safe for dogs. DO NOT put Frontline on your collie without getting this done. I can't find a solid answer whether or not Frontline is safe for dogs with the MDR1 mutation, some say yes, some say no, so your best bet is to go to the vet, have the test done, and then discuss with them your options. If your dog is MDR1 negative, you don't need to worry.
