Took the wrangler in for an inspection and to talk to someone about it. On the drive in, voltage showed a steady 14.2V and the Stop/Start message was gone. The inspection came back with no problems, though of course the Stop/Start system was outside of the standard multi-point inspection. (Also, replaced the Stop/Start battery two years ago ...I have a very frustrating issue with my JL. I got the jeep in 2019 with only 49 miles on it in March.
