That means it will be hard to find any used parts. I drove a new one many years ago. One ride told me I didn't want one due to the suspension. If there is lubricant, then that could be the issue. If the primary were to go on to far, the cooling fins on the back of the clutch could hit the metal plate behind it. An 1/8th inch out is pretty far. Need some pictures.
