Litter robot buttons not working

LitterRobot 4 stopped during the cycle, and reset not working. The robot works for three days. Now it is stuck in the middle of the cycle. And the light bar is a solid red. The reset button doesn't work. I pressed for 10 seconds waiting for it to flash white. And it turns red immediately.

The Popur is hands down the better product than the Litter Robot. I've only had it a couple weeks but smell hasn't been an issue, and the cats all took to it right away.
