The rotating Legend/Master Lost Sectors have targeted exotic drops. Hovering over icon on the map shows you the slot dropping and the modifiers. Legend/Master lost sectors, when completed solo, have a chance to drop an exotic for a specific armor slot. It's on the activity card for those activities.
