The not so good, I have never been to a Pho restaurant in seattle for did not offer chili oil, I asked for it and was told they do have that here. I live spicy food and have never had Pho without chili oil until I came here. I didn't really like it. I was hungry so I ate it. Finally when it was time to pay I was charged $17.99 for a large Pho.
