With RaceJoy, you can provide an innovative race experience that by offering advanced runner tracking, GPS-based progress alerts and cheer sending. Locate BRAVE Race in the app through the search feature or list of races. Choose "Participant" option and then follow the prompts carefully to get set up properly for race day. Enter your Name, Email, City, and Birthdate and confirm. Enter the bib number assigned to you.Check if Using RaceJoy: Make sure the participant has turned on their tracking in RaceJoy within 30 minutes of the race start time. The participant must go into the app and activate the tracking. You will see their GPS signal turn green when RaceJoy receives a signal from the person’s phone. Participant trouble shooting:Notifications Setting: Check to see if your notifications are ON for RaceJoy. Also, check to see if your global notifications are on for your phone at the top of the screen. Volume: Make sure your volume for notifications is ON and turned up.
