Raycon awareness mode turn on

USPS took my package but the tracking is not updating. Raycon has not shipped out my replacement earbuds and refuses to respond to my messages. I have video proof that the earbuds were taken by USPS and they must be at the Raycon return center since it's been so long. Date of experience: April 25, 2024. Useful.
