Chances are the producers came up with it, it was choreographed, people made those costumes, none of the moms pulled their kid from it, people filmed it, people edited it, they aired it on TV. Absolutely no one put a stop to this mess, and it's really sad to me. Maybe contracts were the reason the moms didn't pull it or something, I don't know.
