Field stripped when I first got it home everything seemed tight and didn't make any noise. Stripped factory grease from it and now there is a small rattle from the FCU/ right hand side of FCU when looking down the frame. Wipe down the interior of the tube and assemble dry. Let them sit loaded, even partially, for a few days. Shoot them a few times. P365 - Reassembly problem. Upon returning from the range today and cleaning my P365, I was reassembling when the slide became stuck. Yes, - I did have the take down lever pushed forward. There is no "rust issues" with the P365 magazines anymore than any other carbon steel magazine, frame or slide, even on very high end guns.1) shoot it with a different magazine. 2) shoot it both strong and weak hand only and. 3) have someone else shoot it. If the problem isolates to a magazine, pull it apart and check for mag spring length, to a known good one. Toss out any mag springs which do not measure up.

No problem at all installing on the P-365 380. In fact, it was much easier installing it than it was installing the Sig Sauer Laser that had a push-button on/off switch under the trigger guard.
