So Vortex just updated the starfield extension to support load orders and plugins.txt stuff. This is awesome. However, if you already have plugins.txt working and you're on Gamepass then you already have that bink2w64.dll renamed to bink2w64Hooked.dll and the bink2w64.dll in your Starfield folder is the modded one.
