Yoga-Go has been instrumental in allowing me to become more flexible. As I aged I felt myself becoming more rigid and tight. Yogo-Go has turned that around. After 30 days I feel more flexible than I have in years. In turn this flexibility has reduced (significantly) my daily aches and pains.
